Casview.com send the Proforma Invoice to buyer→

Buyer check the PI and do the payment→

Casview.com start to prepare the goods upon receipt of payment, and send the goods in 2-7days. →

Casview.com tell the tracking number of express to buyer and follow up the shipment of goods. →

Buyer receive the goods and feedback to Casview.com. →

Casview.com will send the product updation regularly and see if you are interested in placing new order.

Warranty period is one year from the date of original purchase.

1.      If you have any problems with the item received, please let us know within 7days upon receiving the items. We will replace a new item within 7days. We will repair well within one year.

2.      If you do not know how to operate, please contact us. We will stand behind you with full enthusiasm. If the goods not working normally, please contact us via email or salesman for remote technical support. And only return back upon we confirm the return.

3.      We bear for our side shipping fee of returning back buyers; and buyer bear for buyer side shipping fee of returning back seller.

4.      We do not refund any shipping cost/handling charge/insurance cost once shipped.

5.      Return is not accepted if buyer changed purchase mind or purchased a wrong item.

6.      By paying to Casview, buyers accept these terms and conditions.

CASVIEW TECH. Shipment Terms

1.      We support to ship via Sea, Air, Express (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS). If you prefer other courier, please communicate with our salesman to customize for you.

2.      We ship to all-over-the-world, you can choose to ship via our shipping agent or your own shipping agent

3.      If you feel the shipping fee is high for an order, please contact with our sales consultant to re-check the shipping cost or you can use your own shipping agent.

4.      The normal delivery time for your goods is within 2-7 work days upon the quantity & model that you will order. If you order in large quantity, we will confirm the exact delivery date to you upon receipt of payment.

5.      The delivery time may vary, particularly during peak periods. The normal delivery time is 4-10days for DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT or by air. And EMS may be 20-40days. By sea will be even longer.

6.      Import duties, taxes or other customs charges may incur. The buyer is responsible for all import duties and local taxes. Please verify with your local customs before any purchases.
